Back-Up Care Advantage Consultants assist clients in finding and scheduling temporary child and adult care using our exclusive national network of care providers. Our Back-Up Care service allows employees to continue working during breakdowns in their normal caregiving arrangements (school closures, sick or vacationing caregivers, loved ones recovering from illness or surgery, etc.). Companies of all sizes and across various industries rely on Back-Up Care to reduce absenteeism, increase productivity, enhance work-life effectiveness and improve bottom-line results.

Triage incoming calls.

Educate clients on Back-Up Care program/policies and assist with registration.

Complete reservation process and open cases as needed.

Place outgoing calls to providers to check care availability and schedule appropriate care.

Provide follow-up communication and/or update clients, in accordance with Back-Up Care policies.

Customer service and/or comprehensive call center knowledge with outstanding customer service skills

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work closely with other team members and departments.

Typing ability of 35 wpmand above average data entry skills.

Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Outlook and Word at a minimum).

Minimum one year customer service experience and/or one year childcare center and/or home care agency exposure.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, basic math skills.

Bilingual English\Spanish preferred; however, all candidates must be fluent in English.
