The goal of our organization is to assist employees in balancing their work and personal lives. Child Care Consultants are able to reduce the stress that a parent encounters by locating child care options nationwide. Potential candidates for this position must be detail oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. This position is fast paced, so candidates should be well organized, motivated self-starters. A Bachelor’s degree and strong internet research skills are a requirement, as is having a pleasant phone personality. Bilingual candidates and candidates with special needs experience is a plus.

• Provide top-notch customer service via telephonic interactions with our clients and providers
• Perform child care research, utilizing our internal database and websites, in order to locate confirmed, matched referrals that meet the client’s needs
• Perform quality assurance callbacks to our clients
• Maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of the position

Excellent sense of language and grammar

BA Degree (preferably in English, Journalism, or Communication).

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Fluent in English.
