The Daily Living consultant provides referral information for a variety of requests, including pet care, relocation resources, health and wellness providers, transportation, financial assistance, education, and local community resources. The ideal candidate is also resourceful, creative, and works well in a team environment. Superb research and internet skills and attention to detail are a must!

Responsibilities include

1. Conducting telephonic consultations with clients
2. Researching client requests
3. Confirming referral information
4. Communicating with clients through written or verbal correspondence
5. Providing excellent customer service

Proficient computer skills

Strong internet skills are a must.

Ability to work independently and in a group setting.

Bachelor’s Degree (all educational and professional backgrounds welcome)

Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

Bilingual preferred; however, all candidates must be fluent in English.
