Workplace Options Announces ‘Evolution EAP’
New Offering to Radically Transform the Employee Assistance Market

25 October 2007 – Raleigh, NC – Workplace Options, the leading provider of work-life benefits in the country, today announced that its U.K. division, Employee Advisory Resource, will offer Evolution EAP. This new offering will redefine Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) by exceeding current industry benchmarks for service and quality.
Available in the U.K. and internationally in January, Evolution EAP will be the most comprehensive EAP ever offered. It will give organizations access to traditional EAP services such as short-term counseling and legal and financial advice, but also adds access to a wide range of specialist group therapies and individual clinical interventions. These new services will be provided by the Priory Group, Europe’s leading independent provider of specialist mental health care services.
Underpinning Evolution EAP is the most advanced clinical outcomes measurement system designed for EAPs which will, for the first time, directly link service outcomes with the overall efficiency and value of the EAP service.
