Workplace Options’ Appoints
Anne Medin Vice President of Provider Services

Experienced Executive Will Oversee WPOs Growing Provider Networks

30 April 2007 – Raleigh, NC – Workplace Options, the largest provider of work-life employee benefits in America, announced today that Anne Medin has joined the company as vice president of provider services. In this newly created position, Medin will have responsibility for the growth and strategic oversight of WPO's many provider networks.

president of Workplace Options. “A large part of Anne’s career has been devoted to developing and managing provider networks in the work-life and behavioral healthcare industries. Her background and proven track record make her the ideal choice for this important position. We are delighted that Anne has joined our team.”

 

Medin has more than 15 years of experience in behavioral healthcare provider network management. Prior to joining Workplace Options, she was product operations manager for Minnesota based MEDICA® health plans. Before that, she was manager of provider relations at Ceridian Lifeworks services where she led provider development, credentialing, contract implementations, call center service, issue resolution and associated operations. Earlier in her career, Medin was with CIGNA Behavioral Health where she managed their delegated provider program.

Medin earned a bachelor's degree in English and psychology from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.
