Workplace Options Expands Account Reach with New Hire

28 September 2009 – Raleigh, NC – Raleigh-based work-life services provider, Workplace Options, announced today the addition of Karol Kosec to its account management team. Kosec will provide account oversight for the western U.S. region.

 

Kosec comes to Workplace Options (WPO) with seven years of experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and employee development industry. As a senior account manager, she will oversee orientation of new customers while developing strong relationships and opportunities with clients.

 

Prior to joining WPO, Kosec was a management consultant and webinar facilitator for Right Management. In that role, Kosec hosted webinars and provided one-on-one remote-based career management coaching to individuals in career transition.

 

In her career, Kosec has implemented and managed global EAP and work-life programs in 48 counties for Fortune 500 clients. For two consecutive years, she earned the “Client Comes First” award for her dedication to understanding client needs and partnering with them to deliver value.

 

Kosec hold a Master of Arts in Intercultural Relations from Lesley College. She spent two years in Ghana, West Africa, where she served as a volunteer in the Peace Corps.
