Great Beginnings

1982: Founded in Raleigh, NC, we began our company by providing work-life consulting and training to corporations.

1997: We launched a new business model that focused exclusively on providing resource and referral solutions to EAP and third-party organizations. That same year, we started delivering wellness and global EAP services.

Growing Our Network

2005: Workplace Options assumed the management and operations of Work-Life Benefits, creating an even stronger and deeper network of innovative and affordable work-life products and services.

Going Global

2006: We acquired UK-based Employee Advisory Resource, one of the leading providers of EAPs and integrated work-life services, both in the UK, and across the globe.

Expanding Our Vision

Today: Currently, Workplace Options is the world’s largest provider of integrated employee effectiveness and employee well-being services. Our work-life services, EAP support products, wellness products, international EAP offerings, and training programs serve over 53 million employees and their families in 78,000 organizations across more than 200 countries and territories. We have offices in Raleigh, Seattle, Chesapeake, London, Toronto, Dublin, Singapore, Tokyo, Jakarta, Bangalore, and Lisbon. We offer a variety of programs that improve an employee’s job performance,
