How the Service Works
Staffed by Registered Nurses with an average of 19 years of professional experience, Nurseline is available around-the-clock to provide medical advice and information.
After calling the toll-free access number, the caller will be routed to a Medical Service Representative (MSR).
The MSR will document the caller's issue and screen for emergencies.
If the call is identified as a potential emergency, the caller is advised to call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
Non-emergency calls are returned by a Registered Nurse qualified to address the issue.
