Positive Absence Management
Our Occupational Health (OH) services are led by highly experienced consultant OH physicians, providing organisations with a high quality, national management referral and case management service to reduce long-term, extended and frequent short-term absence. They can also provide guidance on areas such as health screening and health promotion.
We also work within a Public Private Partnership with the NHS in developing a national UK return-to-work scheme. With this experience, our rehabilitation case managers can offer your organisation pro-active services for employees with an injury or disability (physical, mental or emotional) to facilitate their recovery and an early return to work.
