The global curriculum for each topic is based upon principles of adult learning, including practical examples and ideas to reinforce the content area. Courses are continually updated with the most current research related to the topic. Further, each seminar topic is customizable to include relevant information regarding the company and work environment. Additional customization includes the options you select for your trainings:
- Seminars may be delivered before, during or after work, and do not have to be delivered as "lunchtime" events.
- Seminars can be conducted face-to-face or as Webinars.
- Most seminars are one-hour sessions, but the length and language can be customized to meet the needs of your organization and employee schedules.
Network and Trainers
The training professionals who deliver the seminar topics are carefully selected and represent a variety of disciplines. Our facilitators are selected for their subject matter expertise, facilitation skills, and knowledge of workplace adult education principles.
Workplace Options' network includes more than 2,500 credentialed trainers located in all major U.S. markets and around the globe. Trainers in the network meet criteria that include documented content expertise and demonstrated performance as a trainer in a business environment. Facilitators have a minimum of five years of experience in their individual content area.
