Three Tiers of Service Level
Fundamental: Non-interactive web-based service (excludes live consultation)
Complete: This is considered the "standard" level of service and is available for Consultation and Web
Enhanced: The most inclusive Core Service that offers premium Consultation and Web features, and now includes Advantage Live Well wellness coaching
Three Options for Service Delivery
For service delivery, you decide which format works best for your workplace:
Consultation Only: 24-hour toll-free access to work-life consultants (not available at the Fundamental service level).
Web Only: Available at the Fundamental, Complete, and Enhanced levels. Service features are basic at the Fundamental level and most robust at the Enhanced level.
Consultation and Web: Available at the Complete and Enhanced levels. Consultation and Web is typically the best service delivery access choice for clients.
