What is included in a parental profile?
A nanny expert will schedule time with the family to discuss their specific requirements for care. This discussion includes determining whether the nanny will: be full or part-time; live in or out of the family's home; have domestic (i.e. housekeeping) responsibilities. The nanny expert will also work with parents to understand financial, cultural and social need etc.
What is included in a background check?
The background check includes a Social Security Number trace (SSN trace) to determine your candidate's previous residence(s), confirm the candidate's date of birth, and locate any other names or aliases associated with that SSN for the past seven years. It also includes an in-court criminal records search in the one county that you indicate, to determine if the individual has been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor in a given jurisdiction within the past 7 years.
