Convenience services available by phone and/or from in-person staff

Anyone who's pressed for time can appreciate a resource to which individuals can delegate part of their "to-do" list. Advantage Personal Assist is that service—access to assistance for work or personal tasks. By giving employees the gift of time, they have the ability and clarity of mind to better contribute on the job.

 

Advantage Personal Assist is a concierge service that can be delivered on the Complete or Enhanced levels, as well as delivered as custom-configured program for your workplace. Regardless of service level, while the concierge can locate or schedule services, and make the purchase using an employee's credit card, the employee is ultimately responsible for paying for the respective service.

 

Personal Assist Complete
At the Complete level, convenience and concierge assistance is provided by phone to research information, make purchases or reservations, recommend activities, and arrange for services. Requests are commonly related to: entertainment, dining, travel or tourism, events, sports, household or professional services, and gift suggestions.

 

Personal Assist Enhanced
Personal Assist Enhanced provides all of the research support described above, as well as in-person business-to-business convenience and errand services.

 

Personal Assist Custom
Do you need someone to manage an employee recognition program? Do you want to congratulate members, employees, or business contacts on birthdays or other life events with e-cards or flowers? Are you looking for an on-site concierge? Talk to us. We can provide creative, affordable solutions to your organizational needs with a customized program.

How the Service Works

 

  • Employees contact their consultant via the toll-free EAP or work-life number 24/7.

  • The work-life consultant verifies the congeries request. Non-transactional, straightforward requests are fulfilled within 12 business hours.

  • Transactional requests are shared with our concierge product partner who contacts the employee within 12 business hours to seek additional information or complete the request.

  • The concierge will email or call the employee with a confirmation of the case and ask any additional questions within 12 hours of receiving the case.

  • The work-life consultant will follow up with the employee to ensure that all needs were met.
