All individuals and organizations worldwide \u2013 public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small &#8211; are eligible to submit nominations.\u00a0The 2021 IBAs received entries from organizations in 63 nations and territories.<\/p>\n<p>WPO\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/7kvKUe2JaiQ\">nomination<\/a> focused on the numerous ways the organization has helped companies support their employees\u2019 emotional and practical needs during the COVID pandemic. Among the services provided by WPO\u2019s were individual and group counseling, access to live and recorded mindfulness sessions, training for managers, webinars, caregiver support and referral, tip sheets, and guides, just to name a few. WPO has also provided resources to the community at large at no cost via its COVID Resource <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workplaceoptions.com\/covid-19-resource-center\/resources-for-individuals\/\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m incredibly proud of my colleagues at WPO for the way everyone pulled together to support our members and wider community throughout the pandemic, especially since they were also experiencing many of the same disruptions, fears and concerns.\u201d shares Alan King, WPO\u2019s President and CEO. \u201cWe are grateful to IBA for recognizing our efforts and highlighting the importance of employee wellbeing during this challenging time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Company of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Startup of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others.\u00a0 This year\u2019s competition also featured a number of categories to recognize organizations\u2019 and individuals\u2019 responses to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>As the ongoing COVID-19 crisis will prevent winners from receiving their awards on stage during a traditional gala IBA banquet, winners will be celebrated instead during a virtual ceremony on Wednesday, December 8.<\/p>\n<p>Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 260 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from June through early August.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat we\u2019ve seen in this year\u2019s IBA nominations is that organizations around the world, in every sector, have continued to innovate and succeed, despite the setbacks, obstacles and tragedies of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic,\u201d said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher.\u00a0 \u201cAll of this year\u2019s Stevie Award winners are to be applauded for their persistence and their resilience.\u00a0 We look forward to celebrating their achievements with them during our 8 December virtual awards ceremony.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Details about The International Business Awards and the lists of Stevie Award winners are available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.StevieAwards.com\/IBA\">www.StevieAwards.com\/IBA<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Workplace Options<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Workplace Options helps employees balance their work, family, and personal needs to become healthier, happier, and more productive, both personally and professionally.
