Now in its eighth year, the award for the healthiest employers in the area is based on a variety of criteria, including the types of wellness benefits available to employees, participation in employee wellbeing programs, and corporate culture.<\/p>\n \u201cWe truly believe in investing in our most valued asset\u2014our people,\u201d said Workplace Options CEO Dean Debnam. \u201cAs an employee effectiveness company, health is an integral part of our mission, and all of the services we offer to our clients are extended to our employees. Earlier this year, the company was named one of 15 recipients of the prestigious 2018 Leaders in Diversity Award. King, who has been with Workplace Options for 16 years, supports the company\u2019s growth in a variety of ways and helps to ensure that the company\u2019s solutions for employee wellbeing remain innovative and ahead of the changing needs of businesses worldwide.
