Workplace Options Announces Addition of Two New Executives to Lead Global Technology and Account Management for the Americas
Workplace Options announces the addition of two key executives to help lead the company through a period of rapid growth and expansion. The organization’s footprint has increased dramatically over the last 5 years, with service centers and staff in 15 international locations serving more than 65 million employees in more than 200 countries and territories. That growth has accelerated and continues in 2020.
Praveen Kodikkambrath joins Workplace Options as Chief Technology Officer to spearhead IT strategy and business technology innovation. Kodikkambrath brings 22 years of experience in IT services in multiple technology and business leadership positions. In these roles, he has gained global exposure in business technology while championing IT estate transformations for large global companies.

Hunter Hornback joins Workplace Options as Director of Account Management for the Americas, with responsibility for leading the Account Management team in North and Latin America. In his new role, Hornback will partner with clients to ensure that Workplace Options’ products and services support their workforce strategy goals and help to further their success.
Hornback spent 20 years with IBM in various leadership roles with a focus on IT, sales and client transformation. Before joining Workplace Options, he led sales and account management for a leading energy consulting firm dedicated to worker safety.
