Raleigh, N.C. March 5, 2012– Today, Workplace Options, a leading global work-life and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider, introduced its latest international service center in Singapore. The company’s newest location will provide professional clinical support to a growing Asian customer base, including EAP partners and international businesses with outposts in Singapore and across the region.

The Singapore service center joins those in Canada, United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland as the latest addition to Workplace Options’ expanding international employee support network. The company is headquartered in Raleigh, NC.

“We’re a global company and demand for work-life and EAP services is growing quickly,” said Dean Debnam, chief executive officer of Workplace Options. “We’ve been providing support to our customers across Asia for years, but business is booming across the entire region and a new service center became an obvious next step.”

“The new Singapore location will give individuals and families across many new nations access to resources, programs and professionals that can help them find more balance and improve their lives,” Debnam added.

Service center representatives in the Singapore office are trained in all aspects of work-life and EAP delivery, including specific experience in intake and crisis management, clinical assessments, chemical dependency, trauma response and other relevant interventions.

Staffed with credentialed clinicians, the Singapore office will provide EAPs with local, over-flow and after-hours call center support for employee services that address work, personal or family challenges among others. In addition to 24-hour phone assistance, online support and web-based resources will also be provided.
