The company’s latest location will offer clinical support to a growing Latin American customer base that includes international businesses and EAP partners throughout the region.
The Panama service center is the most recent addition to those in Canada, United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Singapore and Tokyo.

Service center representatives in the Panama office are credentialed clinicians, trained in intake and crisis management, clinical assessments, chemical dependency, trauma response and other interventions. They will provide 24-hour phone assistance, online support and web-based resources to employees of international organizations and populations served by Workplace Options’ EAP partners.
Approximately 40,000 people currently served by Workplace Options will have regional access to support for work, family, personal and other challenges through the company’s expansion into Latin America.
