Raleigh, N.C., April 24 2012 – Workplace Options, the world’s leading provider of work-life programs and employee benefits, was recently honored by WorldatWork’s Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP) with the company’s inaugural Work-Life Seal of Distinction. The AWLP Work-Life Seal of Distinction celebrates employers who demonstrate leadership in workplace strategies by incorporating practices that help employees achieve success – both at work and in their personal lives.
Workplace Options was one of only 26 employers across the United States to win the award. Honorees were evaluated based on their work-life portfolio, requiring evidence of support in areas such as: dependent care, workplace flexibility, health and wellness, financial support, paid time off, community involvement, and organizational culture. Along with other industry leaders, Workplace Options was honored with the Work-Life Seal of Distinction at the Work-Life Awards Gala Dinner during the AWLP Work-Life Forum in Scottsdale, Arizona on April 17, 2012.
“It’s an honor to receive this recognition,” said Dean Debnam, chief executive officer of Workplace Options. “Work-life balance is our business, but it’s also the foundation of who we are as a company. This business is about helping people lead better, healthier, more satisfying lives. We’re happy to share that as a goal we work toward for all of our own employees, and all of our customers’ employees, around the globe.”
