Raleigh – (December 7, 2015) — Today, Workplace Options (WPO), the world’s leading integrated employee well-being services company, officially announced the addition of its thirteenth Global Service Center in Lille, France.
WPO France will serve a rapidly expanding customer base across the European Union. From Lille, Workplace Options’ professional staff will provide clinical counseling and employee support services to employees and employee assistance program (EAP) partners across the EU.
“The addition of WPO France gives us a local presence in a market where we’ve seen business more than double in the past twelve months,” said Dean Debnam, chief executive officer of Workplace Options. “The demand for what we offer – emotional, physical, and practical employee support – is booming. Having WPO France now up and running allows us to serve our global client base much more effectively.”
The newest WPO Service Center joins others in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Portugal, India, Indonesia, Singapore, and Japan.
In 2016, WPO is planning to bring additional Service Centers online to support a growing interest in employee support services. The primary areas of growth will be in South America and Asia as employers in these regions continue to invest in the physical and emotional well-being of their employees.
“The services we provide are becoming more and more important to organizations around the world,” said Alan King, president and chief operating officer of Workplace Options. “We help employees balance their work, family and personal needs to become healthier, happier and more productive. And having the ability to do that anywhere in the world is an incredible advantage.”
Staffed with credentialed specialists and counsellors, WPO France will begin providing localized support to employees across the country immediately.
