Inbound provides a phone number for any employee to call at any time for connection with a wellness coach. Outbound starts with a voluntary online Health Risk Assessment (HRA) questionnaire the employee completes online. Wellness coaches reach out to high-risk subjects (based on a review of the assessment) for intervention and planning for better health.
