Rapid Response provides support for organizations who have been impacted by traumatic events such as the death of an employee, a workplace accident, a natural disaster or others. Such situations can impact employees or their family members in a variety of ways.  The service provides in-the-moment telephonic support, structured telephonic counseling, face-to-face counseling, local referrals, and more to aid in reducing the negative effects on individuals of traumatic events.
