Nominations were based on an internal employee survey and the inclusion of GLS as an L&D provider in the application, specifically through AIR25, Ambassador, and the new GLS catalogue.<\/span> The judges selected anonymously based on those two factors, <\/span>highlighting the program\u2019s <\/span>outstanding impact <\/span>and the meaningful, positive impact it has had on employees and leaders alike.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
