Expatriate Services

Pre-departure assessment interview and support whilst on assignment to increase successful repatriation

International Expat Service Features

Through a pre-departure assessment interview with international assignees and their families, the risk of a failed assignment is reduced by the early identification of issues and pre-planning. Additionally, expatriates can receive support whilst on assignment and consultations to increase successful repatriation prior to the end of the assignment.

Expatriates often face many challenges when living and working in a new country. For example, they can experience changes in their mental and physical health, and many may have difficulty with work-life integration. For these reasons, it’s essential to support them with expatriate services.

Workplace Options is committed to helping expatriates navigate the challenges they face and support their overall well-being. We achieve this through expat coaching, which leads to healthier employees, more productive workplaces and increased loyalty to organizations.

The Advantages of Our Expatriate Support Services

When you hire us for expatriate help, you’ll receive the following benefits:

  • Enhanced company culture: Expatriate services can help create a positive company culture, which can lead to happy employees as well as better retention.
  • Higher productivity: When expatriates manage their stress effectively, they are more likely to be focused, engaged and productive at work.
  • Improved retention: By offering expatriates emotional and physical support, your organization can retain top talent and reduce turnover.

Workplace Options is proud to offer these supportive services to expatriates. We provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their lives, jobs and other endeavors. To learn more about our services, reach out to us today!
