Workplace Options, the leading provider of integrated global employee wellbeing solutions, announces today that members of the organisation’s leadership team will be taking on new roles to guide the company into the next decade. Chief Executive Officer, Dean Debnam, in response to increasing demands from his other businesses, will be focusing on his duties as Chairman of the Board for Workplace Options. Further, Alan King, the current President and Chief Operating Officer will become President and Chief Executive Officer for the company.
“Not only does Workplace Options continue to grow around the world, but my other businesses are expanding too,” says Debnam. “We currently own and manage more than 300,000 square feet of office space under Debnam Property Management and we have several other projects in development, and at PPP we’re expecting the busiest polling season ever, in 2020.” Debnam leads both Public Policy Polling and Debnam Property Management in Raleigh.
“Alan has done, and will continue to do, a fantastic job of guiding Workplace Options on our path to providing wellbeing services to more and more people and organisations around the world,” says Debnam. “I’m excited about our future.”
King, a 20+ year veteran of the employee wellbeing industry, has served Workplace Options since 2002 as a key figure in multiple expansions, acquisitions, innovations in technology, and as the head of day-to-day operations. “With the team that we have in place at Workplace Options, and the kind of organisation that Dean has built through his leadership, it will be a pleasure to step into this role,” says King.
“From our executives to the talented individuals who provide support to employees and their families all over the world, our people make it possible for us to make an impact for so many. As more organisations in more regions of the world understand the importance of, and the value in, providing services and resources to help their teams with wellbeing and work-life balance, we are poised to rise to the challenge of meeting their needs for emotional, practical and physical wellbeing support.”
