Elevate is designed for individuals who may need a deeper level of support beyond what standard short-term interventions offer. With an extended, solution-focused approach, Elevate provides tailored, comprehensive support to effectively address symptoms of anxiety and depression, allowing individuals to regain control of their lives and reach their full potential.

Comprehensive support for anxiety and depression

– Telephonic or video assessment into the Elevate benefit is provided by internal counselors

– Up to 20 in-person or virtual sessions are provided with a counselor trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Customized to individual need

– Program support designed to address recent or chronic symptoms

– Ongoing case management to review progress and recalibrate approach as needed

Measured outcomes for lasting impact

– Satisfaction surveys are completed upon case closure to uphold and monitor service quality

– Confidential, aggregate utilization data provided to monitor usage and overall impact
