Expanding a Parental Leave Programme to Eight Global Locations

A large multinational company engaged the consulting team to expand its parent leave programme to eight locations worldwide.


The Consulting team organised stakeholder committees to assist in aligning the programme with local practices and regulatory requirements for each location. They also worked with the local Human Resources teams to adjust corporate policies and develop communication materials and training programmes for managers and employees. At the corporate level, a centralized core curriculum was developed. The core curriculum was augmented by local supplemental materials, train-the-trainer guide and programme evaluation tools.


Over a period of eight months, the global parental leave programme was rolled out and received positive results.
