Workplace Options announces today, a new position that has been created in response to a period of rapid growth and expansion for the company. Jean-Baptiste (JB) Gruet, a 12-year veteran of Workplace Options and a member of the Board of Directors, has been named as the organisation’s first Chief Revenue Officer, with global revenue responsibility. The organisation’s footprint has increased dramatically over the last 5 years, with service centres and staff now spread across 15 international locations.
“Having JB in this role will bring additional coordination and oversight to our growing team, worldwide,” says Dean Debnam, Chief Executive Officer of Workplace Options. “JB has been a great leader on our business development team since he started working with us, years ago, and has played a big part in our success, and our expansion into new markets over the past 10-plus years. His presence in this position is a great way for him to share his extensive knowledge and experience with our team,” Debnam added. “For the organisation, this new role will strengthen our ability to set strategic revenue goals and to achieve them.”

A French native and American citizen, now residing in Toronto, Canada, Gruet joined Workplace Options in May 2007. He has served as Senior Vice President of Global Business Solutions since 2011, and has been a member of the executive board for the past two years. Prior to his time with Workplace Options, Gruet worked in the U.S. in the global EAP industry.
