Ryan Arruda (he/him) is a rising senior at the University of Rhode Island, double majoring in journalism and political science with a minor in general business. As a Global Marketing and Communications Intern at Workplace Options (WPO), he has worked on several podcasts for WPO’s Wellbeing at Work series, diving into Gen Z’s real thoughts, fears, and first-hand experiences as they enter the workforce.  

Emma Goldstein (she/her) is a rising junior at the University of Rhode Island, double majoring in public relations and sports media. As an Internal Communications Intern at Workplace Options (WPO), she has worked on several podcasts for WPO’s Wellbeing at Work series, focusing on Gen Z’s transition into the workforce.

Dr. Kennette Thigpen Harris—affectionately known as Dr. K—serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Workplace Options, the world’s largest independent provider of holistic wellbeing solutions. An International Psychologist and Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience, she specializes in shaping workplace cultures that foster mental health, resilience, and employee engagement.
