Alan King

President and Chief Executive Officer

Alan brings more than 25 years of employee assistance and work-life experience to Workplace Options. He was VP at the Ceridian LifeWorks EAP, where he oversaw international resource and referral, provider relations, external training, quality control, and customer service. Prior to that, he managed resource and referral and central database operations at work-life consulting firm Work Family Directions.

Berjin Adibelli

Chief Financial Officer

Berjin began her career in finance in 1996 in her home country of Turkey with the Accor Corporation (Edenred). In 2000, she relocated to the United States and worked for Accor’s Work Life Benefits division as Accounting Manager and then as Director of Finance. She joined Workplace Options in 2005.

Eric Santa

Chief Operating Officer

Eric brings over 20 years of deep healthcare and wellbeing experience to WPO. He has held multiple C-Suite roles in the health and wellbeing sector, including as Chief Revenue Officer for Rally Health — a work life and wellbeing-focused subsidiary of Optum and UnitedHealth Group. Prior to his time at UHG, Eric served as a healthcare strategy consultant for organizations including The Boston Consulting Group and The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Eric holds a degree in Economics from Purdue University and a master’s in business administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

Darrell Shipley

Chief Service Officer

Darrell oversees the Global Service Delivery divisions for all of WPO’s international service centers and a global staff of 750+ employees. He has been with WPO for 21 years holding positions as SVP Global Service Delivery, and Director of Service Delivery. His mission to “First Serve the Customer” drives the strategic vision for continuous quality, process, and productivity efficiency that has enabled WPO to scale and meet the growing needs of our clients. Darrell holds a B.S. degree in marketing from Penn State University.

Molly Hall

Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff, Molly oversees the business operations, human resources and internal wellness programs for WPO globally. With over 13 years’ experience managing different functions at WPO including network services and compliance, Molly is dedicated to driving operational success and strives to find new ways and strategies to support our continued growth and success. Molly holds a BA degree from Elon University in Political Science and is a certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor.

Andrea Carska Sheppard

General Counsel

Andrea Carska-Sheppard oversees the management of day-to-day global legal matters and strategies, advising on new and existing laws and global ethical compliance. She is a specialist in international commercial law, reviewing/examining global contracts, treaties, dispute resolution, and assisting on global data privacy matters. Andrea earned her degrees in both common and civil law from McGill Law School and worked as a research assistant in comparative and sports law at Harvard Law School. Andrea is multilingual and licensed to practice law in New York State, in Canada by the Law Society of Ontario, as a Solicitor of the Law Society of England and Wales, and as a Registered European Lawyer.

Praveen Kodikkambrath

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Praveen oversees the overall IT strategy and business technology transformation and innovation for WPO. Praveen brings several years of experience and the highest of qualifications including a Master’s degree in Computer Applications. Prior to WPO, he spent 22 years in multiple technology and business leadership positions within large and medium-scale IT services companies. His technical vision and world-class expertise is instrumental to WPO’s progress in providing the most relevant and meaningful support to our customers.

Arun Raj

Chief Information Security Officer

Arun leads and manages Workplace Options’ information security and privacy compliance programs, maintains compliance with present and upcoming regulations, and provides security control and privacy assurance to various global stakeholders. He has a strong background in information security, cybersecurity and privacy regulations and holds multiple certifications including CISSP, TOGAF 9, Ethical Hacking and Forensic Investigation, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, COBIT and GDPR. Arun came to Workplace Options from Wells Fargo Enterprise Global Services, where he served as information security manager. He has also worked in government.

Jean-Baptiste Gruet

Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Jean-Baptiste Gruet (JB) has a pivotal role in overseeing WPO’s global sales, account management and partners worldwide and is responsible for driving new business opportunities and influencing the future of the company. His passion for sales and the wellness industry began when he was selling global Employee Assistance Programs and cross-cultural solutions to Fortune 1000 companies early in his career. Prior to the EAP industry, JB co-founded a language and cultural publishing company in Paris, France, and worked for an executive language and training company in London, UK.

Stephen Galliano

Chief Customer Officer

As Chief Customer Officer, Stephen is responsible for all clients and partners around the world and for operational delivery of account management and support. He has worked in the global EAP and wellness industry for more than 25 years, often creating and launching these novel programs and operations for the first time in many countries. Stephen has worked extensively across all aspects of the industry including more than 10 years in top-level executive positions with overall P&L responsibility for another global EAP. He is a licensed psychologist and is a regular speaker at global and regional EAP conferences . As an industry thought leader, he has been featured in many industry publications. His expertise and experience bring additional depth and authority to the executive team.

Gana Diagne

Chief Knowledge Officer

As Chief Knowledge Officer, Gana is responsible for overseeing Workplace Options’ data management and utilization analysis and forecasting future trends of IT applications. Prior to his current role, Gana was Vice President of Information Solutions and Development for WPO and Head of Reporting at Rehalto. Previously, he worked for France Telecom Research and Development, LLC (which became Orange Labs) and was a statistician in charge of reporting and data analysis in the subsidiary of AXA, Generali, and other insurers, heading up financial compensation evaluation for vehicular accidents. Gana holds a Master’s in applied mathematics, statistics, and data analysis from the University of Versailles and the National Institute of Telecommunications, France. He also earned his Master’s in business administration from the Sorbonne Business School in Paris.

Dr. Kennette Harris

Chief Clinical Officer

Kennette Harris PhD, MSW, LCSW-S, joined the Workplace Options team in May of 2013 as Clinical Operations Manager and became VP of Clinical Crisis and Specialty Services in 2019. As Chief Clinical Officer, she specializes in developing specialty teams, streamlining, implementing processes across global service centers, and maintaining unified processes and service quality while adapting to varying cultural contexts. Kennette holds a PhD in International Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, as well as a master’s degree in social work from East Carolina University.

Clare Robinson

SVP Global Infrastructure

As the Senior Vice President of Global Infrastructure & Partner relations, Clare oversees WPO’s approach to mapping & developing global connections & partnerships in the development and management of our external networks – an all-encompassing, far-reaching collection of employee well-being providers and partners without borders. Prior to working for WPO, Clare completed her internship in the Employment & Social Affairs DG at the European Commission in Brussels and worked in a management role for an independent EAP Provider overseeing all aspects of operations. Clare holds a Master in Applied Social Science from Trinity College Dublin, MSc in Economics in European Economic and Public Affairs and a BA in Politics and sociology from University College Dublin. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management from the Irish management Institute (IMI). And most recently completed a certificate in Applied Business Analytics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan school of management.

Debbie Jongkind

SVP Global Coaching and Leadership Development

As the SVP of Global Coaching and Leadership Development, Debbie Jongkind RD, LDN, PCC, NBC-HWC oversees WPO’s global coach training program where she leads a team of professional coaches who provide wellbeing and coaching services to employees around the world. She oversees the program’s training, development, and service delivery and has trained coaches on five continents through the Live Well Wellness Global Coach Training Program. Her career has focused on health, coaching, and leadership development. Debbie’s active certifications include Professional Certified Coach, PCC, through the International Coaching Federation; Registered, Licensed Dietitian, RD, LDN, through the Academy on Nutrition and Dietetics and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness coach, NBC-HWC, through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching.

Lisa Zereski

VP Global Product and Content Development

Lisa’s team develops new products and relationships with product partners and develops Web content that supports WPO clients. Prior to joining Workplace Options, Lisa managed Ceridian LifeWorks’ Affiliate Management program.

Sarah Wood

VP Global Work-Life Products & Services

Sarah started out on the elder care team, going on to serve as an elder care team lead, a project and resource manager, and the director of learning development. She entered her current role as Vice President of Global Work-Life Products and Services in the fall of 2019. Sarah’s current responsibilities include overseeing the operations of all of Workplace Options’ work-life products and other programs. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Furman University and a master’s degree in social work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Choo Kum Seng

VP Business Solutions, Asia Pacific

Choo is responsible for the growth of product sales and the development of channel partners across Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore, he has more than 15 years of sales and sales management experience in the region. Prior to WPO, Choo worked with Aon Benefits among other companies in the industry. He is a certified Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) consultant by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) and is an expert at designing, implementing, and advising organizations on employee wellbeing solutions.

Christy McGuire

VP Business Solutions, Americas

Christy McGuire is an award-winning sales leader with over 17 years in the employee benefits industry. As Vice President of Business Solutions, Americas, Christy is responsible for the management and development of the Sales team and its members. In this role, she is directly responsible for key client relationships and building and promoting sales opportunities within all of Workplace Options’ accounts and respective territories. Her diverse sales experience includes collaborating with brokers to enhance product exposure, providing unique services to employers seeking to self-fund employee benefits, and developing customer-specific strategies tailored to meet individual business objectives. Prior to her current role, Christy served as the Director, Business Solutions of Americas. Christy earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism with an emphasis on broadcast management and sales from the University of Kansas.

Robert Gould

VP Student and Canadian Business Solutions

Robert is a versatile and resourceful marketing, sales and customer service professional with a distinguished career working in the education, hospitality, and EAP industries. As the Vice President, Business Solutions, Canada, Robert is responsible for leading the sales team and growing Workplace Options’ footprint in the Canadian and student markets. Previously, Robert spent more than 12 years with Aspiria Corporation in various roles, including Account Management, Operations, Strategic Partnerships, and Business Development. Robert is an accomplished presenter, often facilitating sessions for clients on a wide array of mental health and wellness topics. He holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and Curriculum from Michigan State University.

Sébastien Beurlet

VP Business Solutions, EMEA

Sébastien serves as Vice President, Business Solutions, EMEA where he develops and sells services and solutions to support WPO’s growth. He joined Workplace Options in the spring of 2016 as the company’s first sales representative for the EMEA region. Prior to his current role, he served as a Director on the EMEA sales team responsible for developing business throughout the region forming and maintaining relationships with resellers, partners, and managing sales opportunities to expand WPO’s reach and revenue. Sébastien has more than 20 years of sales experience in various sectors such as IT, Telecom, TV Broadcast, Communications and worked for HP in account and product management. He holds a Master of International Commerce degree from ESIAE. Sébastien resides with his family in Paris, France.
