Expanding a Parental Leave Program to Eight Global Locations

A large multinational company engaged the consulting team to expand its parent leave program to eight locations worldwide.


The Consulting team organized stakeholder committees to assist in aligning the program with local practices and regulatory requirements for each location. They also worked with the local Human Resources teams to adjust corporate policies and develop communication materials and training programs for managers and employees. At the corporate level, a centralized core curriculum was developed. The core curriculum was augmented by local supplemental materials, train-the-trainer guide and program evaluation tools.


Over a period of eight months, the global parental leave program was rolled out and received positive results.
