Help employees make a seamless transition back to work after parental leave

A woman contacted the service a few months prior to her delivery date. She was excited about becoming a mother but also anxious about the unexpected.

The coach helped identify areas of potential change and ways to prepare for those changes in advance. They also discussed a transition strategy for going on leave.

Follow-up calls included conversations about the importance of having a support system in place, as well as the importance of work-life balance and coping mechanisms for emotions related to returning to work.
