Amber Scott, Director of Business Solutions at Workplace Options

Amber Scott is a Director of Business Solutions with Workplace Options.  Amber oversees the West Region, working with organizations that are headquartered in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah.   Prior to joining Workplace Options, Amber served as a Senior Account Manager at Travel Risk Mitigation and Assistance provider International SOS, a Workplace Options partner.   During her seven-year tenure with International SOS, Scott supported partners and clients to help them maximize the benefit of International SOS offering. Amber received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Rochester and earned a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration with an emphasis in Human Development from the University of Denver.

Karina Hernandez, EAP Counselor at Workplace Options

Karina is an EAP Counsellor at Workplace Options. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from West Texas A&M University, and a Bachelors from Texas A&M International University. Her areas of focus include working with individuals who’ve experienced financial stress, job loss, debt, and change of jobs. Karina is currently working on different projects expanding her work within the San Antonio Community.
