Christy McGuire, VP of Business Solutions at Workplace Options

Christy is an experienced sales leader in the employee benefits industry with a history of surpassing customer and employer expectations. Her favorite components of past jobs were the ability to be out in front of people, selling a product that she believes in, and ultimately helping the end-users achieve their goals.

Dr. Kennette Thigpen-Harris, Chief Clinical Officer at Workplace Options

Dr. Kennette Thigpen Harris began her career at WPO in 2013 as Operations Manager, having been promoted within two years of her hire to Director of Global Clinical Operations. In 2019, she was promoted to Vice President of Clinical Crisis and Speciality Services, where her outstanding leadership and contributions to our clinical services led to her promotion to her current role.

She brings with her profound experience in the corporate wellbeing, juvenile justice, child welfare, and mental health arenas. She is driven to build solutions that are relevant to participants, enabling her to take a bespoke approach to providing WPO’s core global services.

She holds a Ph.D. in International Psychology with a concentration in trauma from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, as well as a master’s degree in social work from East Carolina University.

Kay Burd, Director of Business Solutions at Workplace Options

Kay Burd began working at Workplace Options in the spring of 2015, bringing over 20 years of sales experience to her role. Kay’s history of exceeding sales goals is evident in her position as a director of business solutions, as she works to sell our services to new clients around the globe. Past accomplishments include the creation of a million-dollar product line, and playing an instrumental role in changing federal travel regulations. She is a member of the Employee Relocation Council, and frequently speaks at regional and national conferences on relocation policy. Kay holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
