Mary Lu is an instructor in Mental Health First Aid, Basic, Standard and Adults Who Interact with Youth versions, ASIST, SafeTALK and presents on a wide variety of topics relating to wellness, mental health both for workplaces and communities. She hopes through learning, to increase understanding and acceptance of all aspects of mental health and wellness. She has 30 years professional experience working in the fields of Mental Health, Youth Corrections, Geriatrics, Youth at Risk and Children and Youth with Developmental and Physically Disabilities. She has worked for the Northern Health Authority, Canadian Mental Health Association as well as private companies and community associations.
