Nina Kalivas, VP of Account Management, Americas (WPO)

As the Vice President of Account Management, Nina Kalivas oversees a team in North and South America including Canada, US and throughout LATAM.  With over 20+ years of experience in driving customer success and managing high-value client relationships across multiple industries, Nina is responsible for overseeing the global account management team, optimizing client engagement strategies, and fostering long-term partnerships with key accounts worldwide.

Nina has a proven track record of delivering exceptional value to clients through tailored solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring a seamless and collaborative customer experience. With a focus on revenue growth, client retention, and market expansion, she works closely with senior leadership to define and implement global business strategies.

Before assuming the VP of Account Management role Nina was Senior Account Manager for 11 years at WPO.  Prior to this she held a variety of sales and operational roles within other health services companies. Nina is known for her expertise in cultivating high-performing teams, driving revenue and sales opportunities, navigating complex business environments, and consistently exceeding client expectations.

Nina received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Crystal Fleming, LCSW, SAP – Senior VP of Global Clinical Operations (WPO)

Crystal Fleming is a skilled mental health and substance use professional with nearly 20 years of experience. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Substance Abuse Professional, she has a proven track record in direct patient care, management, and leadership.

Currently serving as the SVP of Global Clinical Operations, Crystal ensures the delivery of care for organizations and their employees across the globe. She began her journey at WPO in 2013 as an EAP Counselor, advancing through roles such as Clinical Team Lead, Director of Specialty Services and VP of Clinical Service Delivery, Americas. Her extensive clinical expertise and dedication to compassionate care have been instrumental in enhancing service delivery.

Crystal is based in the US and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a master’s degree in social work from North Carolina State University.

Debbie Jongkind, Senior Vice President of Coaching & Leadership Development (WPO)

Debbie Jongkind, a certified and experienced professional in coaching, leadership development, and health, has held various senior roles in multiple organizations. Debbie has a strong background in designing and implementing coaching programs and has successfully managed global coaching departments. With a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and multiple professional coaching certifications, Debbie is a dedicated and accomplished individual in the field of coaching and leadership development.
