Bianca Buie, Ambassador Program Manager

Bianca Buie’s multi-faceted experience spans across operational support, service delivery, business solutions, and learning and development. Her interdepartmental collaborations has sourced her success in client support and program development. In her current role she provides program management to WPO’s Ambassador Program subsidiary ensuring efficiency and successful execution of program delivery.

David Stace, Director of Clinical Policy and Best Practice

David has been working for Workplace Options (WPO) in a clinical, training management, and trauma support capacity since 2011. David trains new counselors in WPO’s clinical practice, and has been instrumental in launching cCBT as a short-term alternative to traditional counseling for clients. He has over 1,300 hours of one-to-one counselling experience, and over 10,000 hours in emotional support within an employee wellbeing program. David specializes in adult therapy, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

James Jakeman, Director of Account Management UK, UAE & Portugal

James Jakeman has over nine years’ account management experience working with organizations across a variety of industries. He entered the wellbeing sector upon joining Workplace Options in January of 2017. In his current role, James develops and cultivates connections with clients to support businesses and councils across the UK and globally. He conducts consultations, identifies organizational needs, and ensures services satisfaction, leading efforts to resolve issues that arise.
