Kay Burd, Director of Business Solutions at Workplace Options

Kay Burd began working at Workplace Options in the spring of 2015, bringing over 20 years of sales experience to her role. Kay’s history of exceeding sales goals is evident in her position as a director of business solutions, as she works to sell our services to new clients around the globe. Past accomplishments include the creation of a million-dollar product line, and playing an instrumental role in changing federal travel regulations. She is a member of the Employee Relocation Council, and frequently speaks at regional and national conferences on relocation policy. Kay holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Kristen Henry, EAP Counselor at Workplace Options

Kristen Henry who has worked at Workplace Options as an EAP counsellor for 8 years. She is a master’s level EAP clinician and social worker and serves as a full-time internal provider offering video and telephonic short-term, solution-focused therapy for members. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship dynamics and communication techniques and grief. She is also the owner of an Australian Cattle Dog named Ace.
