Amanda Sibrizzi, EAP Counselor at Workplace Options

Amanda Sibrizzi is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with extensive expertise in crisis management. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from East Carolina University and went on to complete a Master’s in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at North Carolina State University.

Amanda has worked in an intensive outpatient program with residential treatment, providing mental health support to men aged 18 to 30 who are navigating substance use and related challenges. Her primary focus is crisis management, where she helps clients address complex mental health and addiction issues. At Workplace Options, Amanda has worked as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselor and currently holds a leadership role, overseeing clinical operations and leading teams in the delivery of high-quality mental health care.
