Workplace Options’ Pitch-It Program: Giving Employees a Voice

Innovation thrives when people are empowered to share ideas. In large, global organizations, it’s easy for insights from frontline employees to go untapped—but often, these employees have the clearest view of what’s needed to drive meaningful change. We know the value of our employees’ perspectives, and how their insights can unlock innovative programs to make our company even stronger.

At Workplace Options, the Pitch-It program invites employees across departments, roles, and regions to submit ideas for improving the organization and the employee experience. We are proud to celebrate the diverse perspectives of our employees and provide a platform for their ideas to be heard—fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
