Bianca Buie, Ambassador Program Manager

Bianca Buie’s multi-faceted experience spans across operational support, service delivery, business solutions, and learning and development. Her interdepartmental collaborations has sourced her success in client support and program development. In her current role she provides program management to WPO’s Ambassador Program subsidiary ensuring efficiency and successful execution of program delivery.

Shelby Lane, Director of Global Clinical Relations

Shelby Lane has been with WPO for more than 10 years and has progressively advanced to positions of increased responsibility on the clinical team during her tenure with the company. Over the past 2 years, in her role as the Director of Global Clinical Relations, Shelby has worked to streamline our onsite counseling service and Amplify product while providing direct support to our onsite counselors.

Shelby is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from North Carolina Central University with her Master of Social Work in 2013. She has extensive experience providing community-based mental health services in a therapeutic and leadership capacity. She strongly believes in the power of community and beauty of the human spirit. Her approach is culturally responsive, person-centered, and strength-based. Because of her skills and her passion for her work, Shelby’s oversight for the onsite program continues to be particularly valuable.

In her free time, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to her community through her sorority, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. She is also a board member for Exodus Recuperation Center, a non-profit, faith-based recovery home for women living with substance abuse issues in North Carolina.
