Legal Provider Relations Specialist
Tousif Ali saw in his role supporting legal provider relations an opportunity to streamline and optimize legal case intake. Leveraging his AI expertise, he developed a custom tool that enhances note-taking and categorization, ultimately saving time and boosting team productivity.

Fatima Ferreira, One of WPO’s clinical trainers in Europe, was inspired by her experience working closely with teams across Clinical, Work-Life, and Coaching. She proposed a new, integrated approach to training that empowers leadership, strengthens performance, and enhances employee growth.

EAP Counselor
Shivani wrapped up the round with a thoughtful, practical idea to improve day-to-day work for counselors, coaches, and consultants. Video Capture is designed to improve efficiency by streamlining documentation processes for employees. It’s a great example of how empathy and innovation can come together to improve the care we deliver.
