The Ordem dos Psicologos Portugueses, in partnership with the Authority for Conditions and Work, recently recognized Workplace Options’ Portugal service center with the Healthy Workplace Level 2 Seal. The seal distinguishes organizations in Portugal that demonstrate a strong commitment to providing a physically and psychologically healthy workplace.

The Healthy Workplace seal was presented to WPO during an event held at the Lisbon Chamber of Commerce recognizing organizations with outstanding and innovative contributions to safety, wellbeing and health (physical and psychological). Jorge De Sousa, manager of the Lisbon service center, and Paula Folgada, human resources generalist, accepted the award on WPO’s behalf.
During the event, Marta Temido, Portugal’s Minister of Health stated that “ensuring high levels of workers’ health is an essential prerequisite for the country’s social and economic development, as it fosters a healthy, satisfied, creative, motivated, productive ‘work force’, open to innovation and entrepreneurship and a driving force of sustainable development.”
