Workplace Options announced new enhanced interface updates and functionalities to iConnectYou (iCY). iConnectYou is a mobile app that our client’s members to easily engage with Workplace Options’ wellbeing services from mobile devices via phone, video, instant message, and text message. The app supports 17 languages with the most recent addition of Arabic. It allows members to select an employee or manager version, view multi-media wellbeing content and includes enhanced customization options to suit clients’ unique needs. New enhancements include:

• Wellness Resources, including our Aware Mindfulness channel and a link to the WPO Wellness by Workplace Options YouTube page, are now just one click away.
• Member Websites can now be easily accessed from the app, at the click of a button on the navigation menu of iConnectYou.
• Profile settings are now fully configurable, including profile pictures, and can be changed at any time.
• Members can download and share content directly from the app, as well as easily change an article’s font size as needed for increased accessibility.
• A new Notifications icon will now display on the app’s home screen, allowing members to easily see new updates.
• With the recent language expansion of Arabic, the app now supports 17 languages.
• New links to social networks, the option to add an organization’s logo to the app, and viewing the app in dark mode.

Managers benefit from the iCY mobile app by using the iCY Manager Edition, upgraded with the new look and feel. The iCY Manager Edition provides immediate, secure and confidential access to Workplace Options programs and services.

The iConnectYou app is available for iOS and Android devices. New users can download the app from the App Store or Google Play. The enhanced version of the app will update automatically for current/registered members and so no need to reinstall the app.
