The Situation: After the COVID-19 pandemic, a large multinational resources company faced challenges supporting a workforce strained by uncertainty, disruptions, and mental health concerns. Border restrictions left many expatriates unable to return home, increasing stress levels, while fluctuating workloads overwhelmed employees.
