An innovative approach connecting employees to holistic wellbeing resources

An employee is interested in getting prepared for and running her first 5K. She contacts Be Well at Work, where her call is answered by a professional coach. After learning what resources are available through her employer, the employee decides to work with a wellness coach. In addition, the coach connects the employee to a work-life consultant who can research running groups and upcoming races in the area. The employee is thrilled to complete a 5K and eager to run another race.
