The British Training Awards recognize excellence and innovation in workplace learning and development across the UK and internationally. The “L&D Experience of the Year” award celebrates programs that deliver outstanding learner experience, strategic relevance, and measurable impact.

Renowned for its prestige, the award highlights the effectiveness of WPO GLS’s initiatives in creating globally inclusive, emotionally intelligent approaches for leaders and teams. Nominations were based on an internal employee survey and the inclusion of GLS as an L&D provider in the application, specifically through AIR25, Ambassador, and the new GLS catalogue. The judges selected anonymously based on those two factors, highlighting the program’s outstanding impact and the meaningful, positive impact it has had on employees and leaders alike.
