Lauren Lisko Honored for Advancing Employee Health, Engagement, and Psychological Safety in the Workplace

Through her innovative and inclusive initiatives, Lauren has significantly improved employee health, morale, and productivity, on a global scale, directly driving WPO’s vision for enhancing employee engagement through human-centered care. This year, Lauren expanded a global wellness ambassador program to empower employees in every WPO location to scale health and fitness programs around the world. 

Meet Lauren Lisko 

Lauren Lisko is the Internal Wellness Manager and Corporate Fitness Trainer at Workplace Options, where she has dedicated nearly a decade to championing holistic health and wellbeing across the organization. In her role, Lauren leads dynamic personal training sessions, manages WPO’s on-site gym facility, coordinates impactful wellness events, designs and leads company-wide wellness challenges, and delivers safety and preparedness trainings that empower employees to take charge of their physical and mental health.  

Her expertise extends to creating engaging video and written content that supports employees’ daily health routines, helping them stay active and resilient. Lauren also leads a team of wellness ambassadors across WPO’s global service centers, scaling the wellness programs and initiatives she has strategically designed.  

Under Lauren’s leadership and guidance, employees have reported achieving measurable improvements including weight loss, strength gains, as well as improved cardiovascular health and biometrics. Beyond the physical benefits, Lauren’s efforts also foster a sense of community, camaraderie, and enhanced morale. Lauren’s contributions to WPO have furthered the mission and sense of purpose through creating connections and sustainable wellness habits that contribute to a thriving, healthier workplace culture.
