Lucy Hauss, Director of Account Management (Workplace Options)

Lucy is responsible for managing and supporting a team of Account Managers across Europe. She works with our global account management team to support sales and manage specific accounts, contributing to customer retention and business development. Lucy’s responsibilities include leading the implementation of EAP services for new customers and supporting existing customer organizations.

David Stace, Director of Clinical Policy & Best Practise (Workplace Options)

David commenced his career following graduation from the University of Hull as an HR professional, working for Global Blue-Chip companies in the IT and Construction sector. He retains his long-standing Chartered Membership of the Institute of Personnel and Development.  David is also a Qualified Counsellor since 2010 and is a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy. He is also a Metanoia Institute Certified Clinical Supervisor and MBSR graduate. David has been working for Workplace Options in a client relationship, training management and trauma support capacity for the past twelve years. Over the last three years David has supported over 10,0000 people in Training, on site Trauma Psychological First Aid, and Clinical Supervision.  In addition, he has worked alongside Account Managers in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region and beyond with Premium Account customers and has a passion for research in counselling and promoting strategic vision. He now holds the position of Director of Clinical Policy and Best Practice for WPO, being in his thirteenth year of serving clients, members, and colleagues.
