Andrew Maher, Director of Clinical Service Delivery (Europe)

As a Global Director of Clinical Services, Andrew Maher supports all WPO clinical managers in the EMEA region with oversight and guidance.

Andrew has over 15 years of senior management experience and is a fully accredited Psychotherapist and Cross Professional Supervisor. He has a passion for training and engagement, he has delivered trainings and workshops across several mental health topics. Andrew specializes in working with crisis and trauma and holds individual & Group Crisis intervention qualifications. He also actively holds down a private practice where he supports Children and adolescents on a weekly basis.

James Sussex, Affiliate Clinical Counselor

James Sussex has been a Clinical Team Lead and Clinician for Workplace Options. He has experience across the private, public and third sectors working with issues ranging from life changes through to personality disorders as well as risk management and crisis intervention. James has worked within Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) for several years, and is passionate about working with class differences in the EAP environment. He has formerly worked as a therapist in the prison setting, and served in the British Army. Currently a serving police officer, he holds an MSc in Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Integrative therapy.
